LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY:
We build the best, so we back most of our products with a
Limited Lifetime Warranty, with the following exceptions:
- Crazy Legs Chairs – five year warranty;
- Casual Line Chairs – one year warranty;
- AIR CHAIR PLUS – five year warranty. AIR Line shell warranted for usable life of product; bladder and valve – twelve months from the date of purchase.
- Warranty applies to products “in their intended use” only. Products purchased for institutional use and rental programs are not covered under our standard warranties.
- The decision to repair or replace products under warranty lies solely with Crazy Creek Products, Inc.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear including coating deterioration due to abrasion, foam breakdown, punctures, UV damage, any use for which the product was not designed, improper care, lack of maintenance or modification by user, or improper washing and drying. Please read care instructions supplied with each product. If care and maintenance are not practiced, this warranty is VOID.
Should we determine a product is covered under this warranty, we will repair it or replace it at our option. Return shipping charges to the consumer for repaired or replaced products are covered. We will notify you of estimated cost of repairs not covered under warranty.
TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE:
1. Return the product postpaid with a letter explaining the problem. We recommend using a traceable method of shipment. Please include your name, delivery (physical) address (NO P.O. Boxes) and phone number to assure proper return of the repaired or replaced product.
2. Product must be clean before it can be inspected for warranty claims. If the product is not clean, it will not be inspected and will be shipped back to you freight collect. See Care Instructions for cleaning details.

4. We recommend shipping via a traceable method. If you prefer the U.S. Postal Service, we suggest insuring the package. Also, please send to our P.O. Box listed above.
