Crazy Creek offers a 30 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Product must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Product must be returned unused. Refunds are issued for the cost of the product only. Your refund will be issued upon return of the item. Please see Crazy Creek’s warranty info for our return address, and other warranty information.
Please note that we are unable to ship to Post Office boxes. We require a physical address to ship orders. Shipping charges will be automatically computed and displayed at the time you place your online order. Orders with express shipping must be received by 12:00 pm MST to ship the same day the order is placed. Shipping lead times do not include the date of ship. You will receive an order confirmation shortly after we receive your order. This does not mean the order has shipped. The freight carrier will email tracking information the day your order ships. If you can not find the email, please check your spam folder. Often times it is mistaken for spam.
