Please note that we are unable to ship to Post Office boxes. We require a physical address to ship orders.

Domestic Orders 

Shipping Charges for Domestic Orders will be automatically computed and displayed at the time you place your online order. Additional charges may apply for over-sized packages.

Expedited Shipping

Orders with express shipping must be received by 12:00 pm MST to ship the same day the order is placed. Shipping lead times do not include the date of ship.

Special Circumstances

In instances where the quantity or total weight of your order exceeds normal shipping rates, we will contact you with the freight information and charges prior shipping your order.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation shortly after we receive your order. This does not mean the order has shipped. The freight carrier will email tracking information the day your order ships. If you can not find the email, please check your spam folder. Often times it is mistaken for spam. International Orders

If you will be shipping outside of the United States, please email chairs@crazycreek.com or call 406-446-3446 to place your order. We will need the item number and/or description of the product you are ordering, the quantity and the shipping address to determine your shipping charges.
